Refund/Return Policy

At ShopMyTime, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Be returned within 30 days​ of the original delivery date
  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note that customized or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items are not eligible for return​ unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as this may delay your refund.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Customer@shopmytime.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days​ of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at Customer@shopmytime.com and we will assist you further.
