1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at Customer@shopmytime.com to inquire about alternative arrangements.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is finalized. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Customer@shopmytime.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the shipping process.
